So my wife and I had another great experience here my wife and I have been coming here for years they were very kind to us. We had some breakfast sausage egg and cheese croissants that were from another place we don't have the ability to heat anything up at moment where we live and we are days away from getting in to our new apartment and permanent housing. Asssandra I believe her name was, she was so kind and graciously heated them up for us. They have an amazing team and when you are rare to find decent customer service anymore they have 5 star customer service!

Title: Great outdoor service, but very poor experience inside "I’ve been coming to this Shell station for a while, and I want to start by saying that the attendants working outside are consistently excellent—they are friendly, helpful, and always provide great service. However, my experience inside the store today was the exact opposite. I went to the register to use my rewards and was met with a very snarky, condescending attitude from the gentleman working the counter. He abruptly told me 'there’s a line,' even though there was nobody waiting behind the register I approached and no clear indication of a queue. It was an incredibly confusing and toxic interaction that left me feeling embarrassed for simply trying to use the rewards program. It’s a shame that such a poor attitude inside the store detracts from the great service provided by the rest of the team. I really hope management takes a look at the customer service standards at the register, because as it stands, it’s a very unwelcoming atmosphere." I don’t go here often but when I do, Joel is always the one to help me out at the gas and he is so very friendly. He always talks to my children and he’s a super rad dude. Every time I do come to this gas station I look forward to seeing him. You guys have a good employee on your hands.!!

1 Star — Unsafe Property / Violent Threats Tolerated / Regular Customers Removed My girlfriend and I are regular customers at this location and spend money here consistently. We have never caused issues. This business has a serious safety problem in its parking lot. Vehicles routinely speed through the lot in a way that creates a real danger to pedestrians. We told drivers to slow down because someone is eventually going to get hit. Instead of staff addressing the reckless driving or attempting to de-escalate the situation, customers became hostile and made violent threats toward us. These threats included statements such as “I’ll run your ass over” and other comments implying serious physical harm. Despite the fact that we were the ones being threatened, staff chose to remove me and my girlfriend from the store rather than addressing the dangerous behavior and threats occurring on their property. This business made it clear they would rather tolerate reckless driving and violent threats than protect pedestrians or loyal paying customers. That is unacceptable and creates an unsafe environment. If you value safety, I recommend avoiding this location, especially if you are wal
